This policy explains what data the Refill and Toilet apps (“the Apps”) collect, why we collect it, and what your rights are. The Apps are operated by an individual developer based in Switzerland and follow the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / nLPD), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable, and Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines.
We do not run our own servers. The Apps work directly between your device and a small set of third-party services described below. We never see, store, or sell your personal data.
The Apps request your location (“While Using the App”) to:
Your precise location is processed on your device and sent only to the routing/tile providers listed in §3 to fulfil your request. We do not store your location, do not associate it with your identity, and do not build a movement history.
You can revoke location access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Refill / Toilet. The Apps will continue to function but features that depend on your location will be unavailable.
The Apps display banner and interstitial ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may access your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) to help advertisers measure ad performance. We have configured AdMob to request non-personalized ads only (requestNonPersonalizedAdsOnly: true), which means the ads you see are not based on a profile of you.
If you have App Tracking Transparency (ATT) disabled for the Apps (the default unless you opt in), no IDFA is shared and AdMob falls back to fully anonymous ad delivery. You can review or change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
The Apps offer one optional purchase, “Remove Ads” (one-time, non-consumable). Purchase processing is handled by Apple StoreKit and RevenueCat (see §3). We never see your name, payment card, or Apple ID email — we only receive an anonymous, app-specific identifier and the fact that the purchase is active so we can hide ads on your device.
The Apps do not currently include a crash reporting or analytics SDK. Standard, opt-in iOS crash diagnostics shared with Apple may be sent to us if you have enabled Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Share With App Developers. These reports are aggregated and anonymized by Apple; they contain no personal data.

We do not use your data for profiling, targeted advertising, or any purpose other than the operation of the Apps.

We have no other partners. We do not embed social network SDKs, attribution SDKs, or third-party analytics.
Under iOS 14.5+, you control whether apps may track you across other companies’ apps and websites. The Apps may show an ATT prompt the first time you launch them. You can:
You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Refill / Toilet.
The third-party services listed in §3 may process data outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area (notably in the United States). These providers offer contractual safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses, Data Privacy Framework certifications) consistent with Swiss FADP and GDPR requirements. Refer to each provider’s policy for details.

To exercise these rights, contact us at kriloth.incy@gmail.com and indicate which app you used. For data held by third parties (AdMob, RevenueCat, Stadia Maps), please contact those providers directly using the links in §3 — we cannot delete data we do not hold.
The Apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the Apps, please contact us and we will work with the relevant third-party providers to remove it.
The Apps communicate with third parties over HTTPS. API keys for third-party services are bundled with the App and are restricted on the provider side (referrer / bundle-ID restrictions). Because we do not operate our own servers, there is no central database to breach.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in features or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top will change accordingly. Material changes will be reflected in a new app release; continued use of the Apps after such an update constitutes acceptance.
